Wow. SharkBuddies' customer service really blew me away. We've had Googles for a month and they're great. My son doesn't like water in his eyes and from the moment he put them on he loved them. They don't leak or fog up, they're easy to put on. They're very clear in the water and don't distort (this has been noticed with some other goggles I've considered buying). He puts them on with no problem when he comes to the pool. Unfortunately, the side clip holding the extra strap is broken. I contacted SharkBuddies and they responded immediately and sent a replacement part and a new pair of glasses with a handwritten note. I am so grateful and so incredibly impressed. Wow. Terrific.
