Review on TalkJS by Ethan Delaney

The simplicity of this application, it was easy for my business partner who had no experience with Chatbot development (as well as me) to build an intuitive interface which allows anyone in our team can easily use without any technical knowledge required! To be honest I didn't like that we have not much configuration options because some fields are mandatory but you cannot change them from admin dashboard - so if there will be more opportunities for customisation maybe then everything could work better. We're using ChatBots to help customers by solving questions they may ask about products/services offered through our website / App. It helps us solve issues faster than traditional way when someone calls up support line because customer often don´t know what exactly he needs just want to talk and doesn´t understand how complicated some things really get sometimes even after explaining several times. I like that it has so many features, but also easy enough for novice developers with an intuitive interface. There are some things we need more time to understand how they work (like how to integrate our own data) but overall this app does what you want! We're solving problems of communication between businesses through messages, which allows us to improve customer service and make them feel as if they were talking directly with one another.
