Update - over three years later and still up to date although a few spots are gone. For the price I paid I recommend 100%! It was a great product and did exactly what I needed. As you can see, I had cheap, old, ugly countertops in my new rental. After looking for some budget DIY projects I settled on contact paper. The package arrived intact and on time with my main membership. In general I am satisfied. I admit it was difficult to manage at times and had to be redone in a few places, but it was worth it! From a distance you will never notice wrinkles or small blemishes that would not be perfect. A few tips I recommend: Use a credit card or similar to smooth down every few inches as you peel the paper from the underlying adhesive. Use a few objects to weigh down the final sections of the piece you're laying on so it will stay in place before gluing. It is curled at the edges because it was rolled up. Consistency is very important if you don't want to record and repeat the same section multiple times. The scissors weren't efficient enough for a clean cut. Use a utility knife or similar for backstitching and edging, as well as for measuring and trimming.
