Redirects user to APP, downloading "Firmware Update". Just look at photos or use it to read emails. Maybe that's okay. Mixed media (videos, video games) was choppy and the audio was out of sync or absent. Spent the better part of 2 hours playing around with it and finally threw in the towel and went with a genuine Apple product ($40). but worth the money and no headaches.
