A direct replacement for this part in the WDT730PAHZ0 spa fits just right. I was able to use the rest of the rail controller assembly without changing other parts. Took me about 20 or 30 minutes because while the videos helped, they weren't exactly specific to my model. I don't know how long this will last, but it seems to be just as good as the original it replaced. It is identical to what he replaced. There are several newer versions of the entire rack assembly that are metal, but the entire assembly must be replaced in order to use them. That being said, I only had to replace this one part and only on the side where it was broken, so this was a quick and inexpensive fix - I didn't have to buy and replace the entire assembly and replace both sides. I had to be really careful and take my time disassembling the old assembly not to break any of the plastic latches that held it together. Since I was only replacing it on one side, I was able to leave the other side intact and use that as a model to put everything back together. I would suggest taking some photos before disassembly, specifically photos of the tabs on the ends of the rails that the top rack slides on. I found them very unintuitive to put back together and once you pull out the rack you remove both and you have no model.
