I literally never write reviews but I hate this product so much I find time to stop by and write this. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PRODUCT. There's no way we can make it work. First, it took us over two weeks to figure out how to download and open the app. Now the camera won't register despite spending so much time checking permissions, reading the web help section, and watching almost a million YouTube videos. My husband works in tech and we've never had such a hard time figuring out how to make something like this work. We bought two, one for my daughters (a detective game) and this particular one for my son. After buying games AND tablets, we found that my daughter's game was not compatible with her desk. Remember these are ALL Amazon products. I think they should have a checklist to make sure you're buying the right game for the right tablet because there are so many games that don't work with different versions of the Fireboard that it's very hard to know until you do to buy. going through a lot of pain only to find out it's because it's not compatible with that particular tablet. Once you've bought it, the interface between parent profiles and child profiles is incredibly difficult to navigate. THEN! Once you are past all of this (which we just decided to say "Shit" will play on the parent profile) NOW THE CAMERA WILL NOT RECORD THE GAMEPLAY. I am angry. If you don't want another reason to tear your hair out this year - DON'T BUY IT! Your customer service "Send us a message and we will send it back"
