For those complaining that it's not "private enough": The screen is intended for portrait/portrait use. Of course, when viewing in landscape/landscape mode, you can see the entire screen. If either of you has a brightness above 45%, you are most likely exposing your screen. It was easy to install, just remove it from the bottom/next to the home button area instead of the top tab and slowly press down lightly while removing the plastic, there are no bubbles at all and no tools are needed . Just be a little patient and don't press hard unless you're sure it's aligned. A little common sense here and there folks. Finally, I usually keep my iPad at 35-45% brightness and the privacy screen works as intended. It also helps if you are using your iPad in dark mode, you cannot read anything from the side views so no privacy is violated.
