Comfortable with some problems.
The pillow is comfortable, crumpled foam rubber is much nicer than a block. Mine came with lots of extra pieces of foam to customize it to your liking, with inner and outer coating(?). The problem is the flash. Zippers are CHEAP and they open regularly. I use a regular pillowcase and most of the time it catches all the little bits of foam. At first the foam has so much static that it hurts to step into the pillow, but over time this dissipates.
