Review on πŸ” Organic Chicken Recipe Castor & Pollux Organix Dry Dog Food by Amy Belair

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My choice is dry dog food

The market for organic pellets is a bit tight and I'm not a fan of grain-free diets (humans and dogs have been eating grain for almost all of our day existence). But I don't like random grains being used as filler. This croquette does not contain the usual fillers found in some organic croquettes and has a good percentage of meat. I like oatmeal because it's an edible grain. I mix it with Stella and Chewy Freeze Dried Cheese and together my dog can't resist. I think the raw diet has many benefits but it can be quite expensive and I think a pure raw diet is a bit overkill so mixed with some raw pellets this is a great solution. In a hurry or when I've been waiting. When ordering the raw brand I use, I just used that pellet (minus the dental health blend) and she loves it on her own. If you are looking for high quality organic dog food this is the best I have found. readily available from most retailers. Remember, dogs are like children, if you let them eat what they want, choose salty and sweet. Even if your dog doesn't like it at first (sometimes dogs don't like the transition), it's important to control your dog's diet. Dogs won't starve you, but they will test you. So if you're looking for a healthy change and are worried you might not like it because of all the flavor-packed fillers in the mainstream brands, make the switch and don't give them anything else. Within a few weeks they'll be drooling on this stuff like any nonsense (designed to get them hooked). However, I've changed brands and flavors (I used soft and real before, but they have a special filler). an ingredient on my "not so good" list relatively high on their ingredient list) and my dog never sticks his nose in when I switch to Organix. So five stars all round. Highly recommend the oatmeal flavor. Unless your dog has a confirmed grain allergy (much less likely than we think), this flavor contains the best combination of beneficial ingredients.
