THE BEST TOOTHPASTE.

I've been using Couto for over 45 years and it's a phenomenal Portuguese toothpaste. I had a recessive gum problem from brushing my teeth too hard with a manual toothbrush and stopped using Couto for about 2 years as I couldn't find it in the United States. My dental assistant advised me to use an electric toothbrush and try going back to Kouto. In less than 6 months my gum line recovered and the gentle action of the electric toothbrush really made a difference. This toothpaste is extraordinary and healing. This makes your gums very healthy.
