Perfect combination: battery tester
I bought this unit to use with a temperature compensated Battery Minder charger. They only have clamp connections. This allowed me to connect the charger to the OBD socket without opening the hood. When I get in the car, it's very easy to unplug and drive. The polarity of this plug is exactly the same.
