This is the only soap I've found that doesn't leave a film on my body. The smell is not overpowering and doesn't last long after a shower. It can dry out because it doesn't have a built-in moisturizer. I still use lotion after bathing. This soap leaves me clean with no deodorant or moisturizer in the soap. I like it, but it's better for people who don't want any additional ingredients in their soap. Because it's glycerin, it doesn't last very long in a bar, so we buy multiple packs because it's cheap.
