I LOVE this wrist splint. I have a soft carpal tunnel and my doctor suggested ordering a wrist splint. Well I have found that most of my hand pain comes from using my laptop and mouse. This splint works PERFECTLY for computer related wrist and arm pain. The balls in the palm are really nice and the splint is flexible but still doesn't let the wrist pull back too much. It looks like this wrist splint can be used for both right and left hands as part of the splint can come out of a small hole (which I assume is used to remove if you read to wash it, or if you want to switch it to your left hand), so all you have to do is turn it inside out. Please note that this only really helps with computers. I tried using it in one of my courses the other day and it doesn't let me write very well. So if you plan on using this wrist splint with anyone other than computers, I recommend getting another wrist splint. And the dimensions are almost right. Mine was borderline small and medium in one piece so I went for the medium size which was perfect for me. I liked this glove so much that I bought another one for my left hand.
