A little big but soft and stretchy
It's a little big but it fits us. He's just hiding under Belle's short-sleeved Midwest Halloween dress. If it was for dancing or gymnastics I would say it's too big. I bought 4 and my kid usually wears 4t but can fit in some 3s. It's rare for a size 4 to be too big, but it has a gap around the thigh and will be too loose for sport. My daughter loved trying it on and immediately started dancing. She felt very cute and didn't want to take it off.
