Review on 🚽 Waste King 3101 3-Bolt Adapter - Pack of 1, Black: Enhance Your Plumbing with this Convenient Adapter by Derek Faseworld

The description of this adapter kit is not sufficient. It doesn't include all the parts needed for installation, but does require you to remove the insinkerator (in this case you have the metal adapter that comes with the insinkerator slide). I purchased an Elkay stainless steel sink from Home Depot which (unnoticed by me) was only designed for use with the Insinkerator slide. Also the description of the Elkay sink did not contain this information in the online description. When the installer came to install the new Waste King shaft on the new sink, he couldn't complete the installation because we didn't have the metal adapter. I called Waste King customer service and explained my situation looking for an adapter and was directed to this Waste King 3101 ISE adapter kit that I had purchased. Even the customer service rep didn't realize that the adapter kit didn't include all the parts needed for the installation. This confusion led to three plumbing trips and a lot of wasted time. It is impossible to be an expert on everything and it is very unfortunate to realize that those who ARE experts cannot communicate at all.
