I bought this organizer to keep my purse from falling on my back when it's on the console of my Toyota Highlander. He has a "bag" but I don't use it; I only use the organizer as a barrier for my wallet. It's a bit tight and might not fit large SUVs, but I put it on the front seat headrest bars and attached the bottom hooks to the seat belt clips. I plan to buy some carabiners to attach the hooks for easier removal. I haven't had it long enough to appreciate its durability, but so far it's holding up well. Note that once installed, you cannot place the seats too far apart (one upright, one reclined) as this could cause the elastic straps to break and possibly cause injury. If you REALLY need to recline a seat, I recommend removing the clip from the seat's headrest. Overall I am happy with this purchase and would buy it again.
