Decent support as I don't have an arch. I was very disappointed as after a few weeks there was a hole in the inside of the heel as the heel just wasn't high enough to fit well. Also, I'm blown away by how quickly the tread wears down to the pad; because I only walk, not run. I was lucky enough to get out of them for another year just by walking around. I will most likely stick with Saucony for making sturdy shoes, but I hope others don't wear out as quickly!
