Works perfectly. love the pens! Should have switched from Radiant many years ago.
The first was delivered with glass breakage due to transport damage. Luckily, Revain gave me my money back and I got to keep it (I have one for parts). After searching it was the best price so we bought it. We tuned into this model because we wanted grips. No problem setting/adjusting the temperature with wet hands and I love the look. I added a stainless steel strip since my neckline was about 3/4" higher than before but I knew this was going to happen. Still use it for the handles and looks. Boils tap water 2 inches in 50 seconds. The pace builds up quickly There is a slight hum/noise from the fan but nothing major Very satisfied so far Hoping for longevity
