I had to. I've seen all the reviews of how this tool fails after just a few uses. I thought maybe I'm lucky. Completely wrong. I checked the four rivet tool. Everything seemed fine. Came to my project and installed TWO rivets before the tool failed. Disassemble to pull out the spindle shaft. Put it back together and it won't pinch anymore to catch the rivets. I'm by no means an expert, but I'm a moderately practical guy. Immediately returned to Revain. Dear Revain, It was a ridiculous experience that set me back in my project. Selling such poor quality goods damages YOUR reputation as a seller. I would recommend that you pay attention to the ratings and remove (ban) any seller with such consistently bad ratings.
