Review on Bay Pointe Technology, LTD by Walter Martin

I like the fact that the company is reliable and responsive. They are always willing to help you and get to the root of the problem. I don't like the way you have to have a computer to get help or a computer in a location that can be reached. There is a computer in the location that I have been going to. I think the software is outdated. It is not as user friendly anymore. There are new programs that are more user friendly. I like that they are a great company, but sometimes it is difficult to get things done. It is a hard problem to solve. I think they are a great company. I just wish it was easier to get things done. I use the email and helpdesk to get issues resolved.
