The ability to have a one stop shop for all of your recruitment needs, from sourcing talent through onboarding new employees, is extremely valuable. We love that we can use their platform to manage our entire recruiting process in-house so there are no third party vendors involved at any point in time. That said, they do need some improvement when it comes to integrating with other platforms like LinkedIn or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). They also tend to be fairly slow to respond to support tickets which leads to frustration for the team as well. It's been great working closely with them over the past year and a half. Since using Emplify, I've seen an increase in employee retention by 10%.
