This is a really great coat! I wasn't sure based on the pictures online. However, it exceeded my expectations. I like that there is a front hand hole instead of a strap. The belly is also well covered. Most coats only have a waist belt and do not keep it warm. This coat covers the stomach well. The length is perfect too. It covers them from neck to back. I received the XL and my dog is about 38 pounds with a 14 inch neck, 24 inch chest and 21 inch back length. I would say there isn't much room here and it can go up to a 26 inch chest. I might buy another one of these coats as a backup, I'm so happy! Pleasant fleece lining.
