Review on Triton TSPS450 Oscillating Spindle Sander: Optimal Sanding Precision and Efficiency by Jose Haskin

I use it for sanding inside curves on wooden toy parts and it works great. I rated it a 4 for several reasons. Side dishes do not reach the top of the table. This leaves a target edge that will pick up small pieces or end up picking up a larger piece when launched. Inserts are also simply built into the table and are not fixed. Also, the largest available washers for large spindles and bushings will not fit in the mandrel. The washer is easy to find locally, but rest assured the tool will come with the correct parts. On the positive side, the spindles/bushings are easy to change.
