Would give zero stars if I could. Today I received the goods. charger connected. After a few seconds, the battery icon will appear, indicating it is 95% charged, and quickly disappear. I press the power button and nothing happens. I referred to the quick start guide, but the information on it did not help to solve the problem. I also went to their website and contacted support and all I got was an error code. I'm returning this one for a new one as I'm willing to try again but so far very disappointed. I'll check again when I have a replacement. Update: Received a replacement and it had the same issue and it had scratches in the middle of the screen. Don't waste your time with this product. Not recommended.
