I've had a headache since I first set it up. The cartridge carousel got stuck in the corner until about the fifth or sixth reboot. I thought the problem would resolve itself otherwise I would have sent the printer back. Now it's time to replace the lean test cartridges. Not good. The carousel doesn't move around the corner. I was able to replace the black cartridge in the carousel locked position but now the printer says it cannot recognize the original Epson cartridge! Serious? I think it goes back in time. I thought I would have better luck with Epson after HP burned twice in three years. Let's move on to the next brand.
