I just needed a stand that would lift my TV high enough that the remote sensor is above the level of the soundbar so that I can change channels etc without having to lift the remote very high, stand up or even walk over to the TV to point the set at the remote, which is located in the lower right corner of the TV frame and therefore behind the screen. the soundbar, which then BLOCKS the signal. This worked perfectly and put an end to my anger. I probably won't need or use the rotate/rotate function, but I've tested it and it works well. Likewise, the space it creates under the TV isn't what I need for any of the components already stocked on the console's shelves, but that's fine. The bottom line is that it should harmonize with everything, not be intrusive or cheap, tasteless and flashy.
