This Stauber light bulb converter is great! I've already gone through two standard amber bulb replacements. Over time, the rubber suction cup will lose its shape, resulting in a poor fit on the bulb and may result in the bulb falling off the suction cup and shattering on the floor. SEE ACCOMPANYING PICTURE OF MY OLD BULB CHANGER WITH THE WRONG VACUUM. The Stauber suction cup is made from a much more durable material and I'm sure it will hold up better over time. It also works better right out of the box. I've used it on my tallest and heaviest headlights. They have a flat face and I was too scared to use my old lightbulb converter on them. I used the new duster changer and it worked great! A few extra bucks on this device is money well spent as a dropped bulb will cost you a lot more money, especially with the new heavy and expensive LED bulbs. A lightbulb cleaner that attaches to the end of the wand is also a great addition. Dropping lamps is crucial and I feel a lot more confident with this lamp changer now.
