Review on One Step Up Toddler Legging Girls' Clothing and Leggings by Jason Olguin
Doesn't live up to expectations
I bought these for my 8 year old daughter. The hem of these leggings reached mid-calf on my daughter. TOO SHORT. They are also baggy on their hips. I am very disappointed because the prints are so cute. I just hope I can exchange them or get a refund.
