Not weatherproof on warning and emergency lights

Pros: Bright and bright, portable and adheres well to metal. . The lens is inserted into the metal case along with the circuit board and capped at both ends. Nothing seals this thing from the elements, liquid seeps in easily. 2) Not the safest design for a lithium battery. The battery does not have a separate compartment, it is inserted between the case and the rough side of the board. The circuit board cut the outer surface of the battery (that's my biggest concern). It is save? I'm not sure but leaves me confused.
