Where were ai? I'm just learning facial massage. I found a YouTube video showing how to do cups under the chin and back, under the ears and then down to mid-chest. This will divert toxins and the like into your lymph/waste system where they are flushed out :) I didn't understand why there were two small and two large cups in this set but I get it now - it's a lot easier/quicker too do both. sides at the same time. Be sure to use on clean skin with lotion or oil. So excited!
