Poor fit, fold under the collar, tight/too short sleeves

Fit very bad. There is a thick crease that forms on the back just below the collar that you can't get rid of, it's too short so it just seems out of proportion.

Cons

The collar was defective so I sent it back. Do I have to pay for the return shipping. The cheapest post costs over $9.
