Good price to keep warm
I've ridden in temperatures below 40 degrees and was very happy with their insulation and windbreak. Haven't had them in the rain but they look like they're up for it, they were a little tight at first but after working in them for a minute and doing a few short rides of a few miles they felt perfect.
