I once used one of 5 memory cards to transfer files from a standalone computer and it worked fine. The USB connector slides in and out to protect it and it secures the connection, but in order to insert the memory card I had to hold down a slide lever to prevent the connector from sliding back into the memory card case and the USB drive the computer plugs into it. Considering the price I would buy the product again if they all perform well over time.
