Review on Bonsaii C170-C: 12-Sheet Cross Cut Paper Shredder for Home Use - Efficient Document and Credit Card Shredding in Black by Michael Rosario

This is the worst shredder I've ever owned. Worked for a maximum of 15 minutes. It is written that it must destroy 12 leaves at once. I put in max 4-6 standard size sheets and one day it got stuck. I was able to let go of the paper and the second time it just stopped. Couldn't go backwards. I let it sit for hours, took it off and nothing. I called support and was on hold for about 18 minutes and then hung up. I sent an email and no reply. Do yourself a favor and save your money. This is not user error as my last shredder lasted about 12+ years and cost less. I was basically just shredding my money.
