I really love this company and their products never cease to amaze me. I was looking for a laptop/shoulder bag. I searched for a while and bought another bag as I liked the combination of the gray canvas with the leather flap and trim. When it arrived it was very small, I couldn't fit my laptop and wallet in it together. The leather was thin and frayed at the edges. I was very disappointed. I was actually looking at a Komal duffel bag for luggage when this bag popped up. At first I couldn't believe it was almost the same price as the one I returned and much larger with all the pockets and compartments. I actually bought a large leather bag from Komal about a year ago and really liked it. I knew their product quality, craftsmanship and service. The only sacrifice I've made is obviously that it's not two-tone sound. I liked the combination of black/grey and brown material/leather because it blends in with it very well, but I really wanted the quality. When I got it today I had absolutely no idea it was going to be so big and spacious. It fits everything: my laptop, leather pens and Komal notepad, trade journals, event articles (I'm an events manager), phone, wallet and more space. As usual, the bag was nicely packaged and has a dust bag. All devices have been packaged to prevent damage or damage in transit and come with care instructions. Leather is real leather and I know from experience how beautifully it ages with wear. This is NOT PCU LEATHER like a Michael Korrs bag. Anyone commenting on how weird this is and what a weird smell it is obviously has no idea what real leather is and what is plastic or leather. This bag no longer has a HANDLE. So if you want to carry it as a briefcase or briefcase, you can't. This is a real shoulder or shoulder bag. The strap is adjustable. If you buy this bag, buy a leather cleaning and moisturizing kit so you can take care of your bag and make it last forever. This is my third purchase from Komala. I would pay 7x that. Absolutely high quality and a hidden gem of a brand.
