If you are between sizes I would recommend choosing the smaller size. I'm 8/10, I went with the large one and I'm going to send it back and get the middle one instead. I can put my whole arm in my belt and still have room. Otherwise it's very well made and very flattering, couldn't be cheaper! This skirt should be sewn if necessary. I can hem mine, I'm 5'2 and too long for a short person. But that's the case with every outfit, to be honest.
