This is a fantastic range of ferret food. In all honesty, the ferrets will eat the food anyway, so why spend all your money on buying individual packets at your local pet store over and over again. Just get it in bulk and use it. I also didn't notice the food going stale as my ferrets are still eager to munch on a fresh bowl of food. I suppose if you want it to be PERFECT FRESH you can just open the package and share. into smaller pockets. But then again, there is no difference in the appeal of this food to ferrets.
