I used these when I first cooked jerky in the dehydrator, they worked great. I had to cut them to fit my trays. They are easy to cut. The only downside I noticed was that the spots where I had dried streaks on the sheets were visible after use, even after cleaning several times. But they're great for making jerky or whatever in the dehydrator if you don't want to deal with the mess.
