Cute but more for costume

It’s a cute skirt. However I hate the fact it looks like I put the dress together. Each piece of the tulle is as if it’s placed around the skirts. To make it more plain the tulle is separate from the skirt which makes it not so cute as the picture displays.

Pros

It is exactly what I wanted.

Cons

The Tutu Tulle style may appear too juvenile or costume-like for many adult events or occasions

Super cute. Just like the picture. Be aware that there is a longer under layer then pieces of different color tutu. I will post pictures of my outfit when it is completed!
