I bought this item primarily because I wanted my shoulders to be toned and smooth so it could be worn under a jacket. I'm pretty sure I have a product that works for a lot of people but not for me in any way. I didn't feel like the arms were that tight, but the forearm was very loose. I don't have and never will have what it takes to snap this thing on the front! It's absolutely well made, it's just not the product for me. I gave five stars because it's probably great, just not for me.
