I like that you can check out any computer or laptop without having an appointment, which saves time for me because my schedule changes frequently! There isn't anything really about this service as it's so easy/convenient when they have everything set up with your insurance information already ready in case something happens during office hours (or at home). They are always willing to make sure things run smoothly if there has been some sort of issue along the way - no one likes being forgotten by their doctor but Iris makes taking care of them very simple!! I like that they are always looking for ways to improve their systems, so there isn't anything in particular we dislike about this product! We have been very happy with our experience working with Iris solutions over the past few years. They're great at what they do - keeping us up-to date with changes as needed and taking care of any issues or questions quickly and professionally. Their customer service has been fantastic too!
