Very easy to integrate with other apps/tools. Allows you to set up rules that automate tasks across multiple apps/tools. Sometimes it can be a bit buggy. Sometimes rules don't fire as expected. Support is also a bit hit and miss as we've had some very knowledgeable and helpful support but also had some pretty rude one. I can definitely see the value in this app but it's almost too good to be true. We are using it to automate approval processes between 2 sites in our organization and to date our processes have been less efficient due to manual processes. I used it for one of my clients who was looking into building his app in sales force as he wanted some customisation features that are not available out side by our standard configuration which is fairly good but there were few things i didn't like about this product; 1) Price might be bit high 2). It would help if they provide free trial so we can try their services before paying them3.) Sometimes its hard getting all fields from an org4.). We did get customization done with less coding effort5.).
