I bought this exhaust cover for my 2016 Honda Forza 300 scooter. The flange on the new exhaust that fits on my header is 52mm, not 51, so it fits loose and sloppy. After installing it on my bike, I fired it up. And I was surprised how loud the exhaust is at idle with the dp killer installed. It's just as loud at idle as it should be on the freeway. After a 15 minute drive for lunch, I smell burning epoxy. The back of the whistle has been transformed into golden carbon fiber. Touching the pipe with a wrench will easily melt it down into the exhaust.
