First of all, this bag looks great! I like the orange interior. Appearance is standard for this price range, there are a few issues with the stitching. My main complaint is the size. Short and wide. As you can see from the photos, you cannot close the bag with anything over 8 inches. In order to . my notebook of the standard size 8.5 x 11 (pictured) gets in the way when closing the bag. I like bags that you can close somehow. Its shorter size makes it awkward to put on and it kind of falls off and things fall out. The longer strap is also very short. Seriously, maybe 8 inches tall. I am traveling with a winter coat and it seems very short to me. I ordered it in a rush for a business trip and needed to use it so I'm keeping it but won't order again.
