I bought two BENCHMARKS half a year ago and I wear them to work every day. I'm an industrial electrician and I used to hate wearing FR shirts: heavy, hot, tear resistant, wrinkle easily, look dull and wear out too quickly. And all with a lower FR calorie rating than BENCHMARK. Unlike those old shirts, I never take off the REFERENCES at work, even in the summer. A few months ago I got up off the floor in a confined space and forgot to close the control cabinet door. I hit him pretty hard on the sharp corner causing the shirt to rip a half inch and leave a scratch. I thought I screwed it up, but I've washed it several times since then and the tear hasn't progressed at all. They seem expensive but they are worth it. I'm about to buy two more.
