First of all, the manufacturer of this product really stands behind their products. I had a warranty issue with another product from this company and they quickly resolved my issues. So I didn't bother to order another product from this company. This product convinced from the start. The laptop docking station was packaged securely in a sturdy, well-designed box. It arrived with all the necessary components. First I read the instructions and looked for the power button, but it turned out to be not that difficult. All I had to do was plug it into my phone and it sprang to life. Great! I find the Samsung Dex very comfortable to use and the laptop dock works flawlessly with it. I'm an engineer so I also use it as a second monitor with my laptop when I'm not in the office. Again it works perfectly. I love how easy it is to plug in and work. The screen is bright and razor sharp. I am also very satisfied with the battery life. I love that it charges my phone and runs on the same cable. In the previous version, I had to use two cables, which was a real annoyance. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this if you're looking for a laptop dock or secondary monitor.
