Review on Maxxair 00A04401K Smoke Roof Top MaxxFan: Enhance Ventilation with Easy Mounting Tabs by Matt Dyen

I ordered this a few months ago. More than 3 months ago but just got around to installing it. A serious dent and a large crack in the body were found on one of the corners. No small incident. I thought the forklift hit the pallet and they repacked it because the crate was intact. I can't seem to contact the service and warranty department because the automated message tree contains too many numbers for this extension. (574) 4247-9253. I assume they are doing this on purpose and will not offer me any compensation. So I'm giving a 1 star review for good reason. Attention buyers!
