The perfect product for any user!

Almost immediately, the ASUS Xonar DX sound card that was purchased from eBay was connected to these headphones. I was very happy to receive this package, but before I go any further, I feel the need to mention that connecting to the front panel of a computer can be challenging due to a certain type of electrical interference (my knowledge is limited in this area, so I'm not sure what the proper name for it is). If you, like me, wanted to connect your headphones to the front panel of your computer, a whistle will be clearly heard during games (or a high load on the video card). This is treated with magnets on wires, according to messages posted on specialized forums. Although the results of the tests indicate that there should be a significant gap between the sound cards found in the GIGABYTE Z390 Aorus Master (built-in sound ALC1220-VB) and the ASUS Xonar DX, there is not much of a difference between the two. If your motherboard already has a sound card built in, you might not need to purchase a separate sound card because the quality of the sound produced by the motherboard's built-in card might be sufficient for your needs. Many people consider the cord to be one of the disadvantages of headphones; nevertheless, I see it to be an advantage because it enables the user, with the appropriate amount of dexterity, to do things like leave the room. Nowhere in particular, I myself have an earphone wire that does not pull. After a year has passed since the purchase, I anticipated that the ear pads would become detached; nevertheless, there are no scratches on them as of yet, in contrast to the small amount of dirt that has accumulated on the cloth that is located inside the ear pads.

Pros
  • I brought headphones with me to get together with buddies to participate in voice programs and for gaming. I made the choice to bring along some cool headphones on at least one occasion, and I do not regret doing so. Although I have experience with gaming headsets, which may be fairly pricey (up to twice the price of these headphones), I cannot compare the sound quality of these headphones to those. The headphones I used before these were Roccat Kave XTD 5.1 Digital, which featured real 5.1 surround sound. I was concerned that using these headphones while playing games would make it difficult to pinpoint the location of the adversary; however, the situation is not problematic in any way. The cool headband only makes contact with the wearer's head in two discrete locations, thus the overall look of their hair is little altered (unlike my old headphones).
Cons
  • When I first put them on, they exerted an excruciating amount of pressure on my head. I seriously considered returning them to the store, but I ultimately decided to be patient and give them some more time to break in. With time, the metal in the headband took the shape of its new shape, and I am no longer having any issues with the pressure. Using headphones causes the ears to sweat. I used to wear headphones that were open-back, and because I never had any issues with them, I assumed that the issue did not pertain to me personally. If the room is warm, it is very uncomfortable, and you will need to remove the headphones every 15โ€“30 minutes for a few seconds in order to allow air to circulate about the ears and clean the ear pads as well as the areas they touch. Because of the projecting "corners" on the sides, the appearance from the side is not the best, in my opinion. Although this is a highly subjective opinion, I do not believe that anyone else experiences the same issues that I do when using headphones of this type to stream media. It is not possible to lie on one's side while wearing headphones due to the fact that these corners are in the way.
