This record is garbage!

Brought this drive in July 2019 but it died on 9th October 19 and lost all data. I've used the Windows startup disk to fix the problem but to no avail. I called WD, joking, no support. Of course they will replace the drive, but that's about it. I would not buy this drive and trust its performance.
