Review on 💪 Hafele Heavy-Load Chrome-plated Pull Down Closet Rod with 33 lbs Capacity by Jared Barit

Great concept and many models. There are two Hafele models, one with a 26lb capacity and a 33lb one called the Heavy Duty model. The case and components look the same, but the inside of the load resistor is different, with no markings on the device. However, the Hafele box has a model number, and the manual lists the models. I ordered a heavy load (33lb) and received a regular load of 26lb. Also, despite the name, it's made in China. Also, inside the Revain box, the Hafele box had a cardboard flap completely ripped off and another ripped corner flap partially ripped off, leading me to believe someone has opened these before. I don't know how to tell if it's a return. I've never installed it so I can't comment on the quality, but the Hafele is usually of good quality. Also, 33 pounds of clothes isn't as much as I thought it would be. If you use this on a wide closet, there might be a surprise.
